ITEMS
Are all bags authentic?
Yes. All bags at SMAÉ Vintage are 100% authentic . Each item is carefully inspected for authenticity, details, and quality before it goes online.
What condition are the vintage bags in?
Our bags are vintage, meaning they have been worn previously. The condition varies per item. Any signs of wear are noted as clearly as possible and/or made visible in the product photos.
Do the bags come with a dust bag or box?
All bags come standard with a SMAÉ dust bag. Some bags also include original accessories such as a dust bag, box, and/or tags. This is always stated in the product description if it is included.
Are vintage bags new or secondhand?
Our vintage designer bags are pre-loved . This means they've been previously owned and therefore have a unique character.
Do vintage bags always show signs of wear?
You can sometimes tell from the items that they've been worn before. Small scratches, slight discoloration, or a softer shape can occur with vintage items. This is part of the vintage character and makes each item unique. This is always detailed in the product description and/or product photos.
Do you have a warranty on the bags?
Because our items are vintage and pre-loved, we don't offer any guarantees. We do, however, guarantee that all bags are 100% authentic and have been carefully inspected.
Do the photos match the bag I will receive?
Yes. All photos on our product pages are of the bag you're ordering. Because these are vintage items, there may be minor signs of wear. These are shown as clearly as possible in the product photos and descriptions, so you get a good idea of the bag's condition.
DISPATCH
Can I still change or cancel my order?
We process orders as quickly as possible. Would you like to make a change or cancel an order?

We will be happy to see what is still possible at that time, as long as the order has not yet been shipped.
What is the delivery time?
We do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible. In most cases, orders within the Netherlands are delivered within 1-2 business days . Delivery times are approximate and not final.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout. You'll always see the total cost before you finalize your order. We ship items by registered and insured mail.
Which shipping service do you ship with?
We ship all orders with PostNL or DHL. As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a track & trace code.
What happens if my package gets lost?
If a package is unexpectedly lost during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible at klantenservice@smaevintage.nl .
We will immediately initiate an investigation with the carrier. All shipments are insured. Therefore, as soon as we have clarity, we will provide a suitable solution, such as reshipment or a refund.
What if my package arrives damaged?
In that case, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at klantenservice@smaevintage.nl .
Please state your order number and send clear photos of both the product and the packaging.
We will carefully assess the report and contact you with an appropriate solution.
RETURNS
Can I return my order?
Yes, in principle you can return your order within 14 days of receipt , in accordance with the statutory cooling-off period.

When will I get my money back?
Once we have received and inspected your return in good condition, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.
Please note that it may take a few days for the refund to appear in your account.
